My Background
I spent over 15 years building experience in operations, customer service, and sales at Verizon, eventually leading a team as a Solutions Manager.
That experience taught me how to manage systems, solve problems under pressure, and maintain the kind of support structures businesses need to thrive.
Later, I launched a tech coaching business where I handled everything behind the scenes — including my own bookkeeping and process documentation. I learned firsthand how overwhelming it can be to manage all the moving parts while trying to grow. This is where I realized what I truly love to do — bring structure, create smart systems, and support people behind the scenes.
