My Background
I spent over 15 years building experience in operations, Management, customer service, and sales at Verizon.
That experience taught me how to manage systems, solve problems under pressure, and maintain the kind of support structures businesses need to thrive.
Later, I launched a tech coaching business where I handled everything behind the scenes ,including my own bookkeeping and process documentation. I learned firsthand how overwhelming it can be to manage everything while trying to grow. This is where I realized what I truly love to do, bring structure, create clarity, and support people behind the scenes.
